The annual PremierSpirit programme encourages<br />
customers to provide feedback on the service they<br />
receive from Esso, Exxon and <strong>ExxonMobil</strong> branded Fixed<br />
Base Operators (FBOs). The scheme invites pilots,<br />
schedulers and dispatchers to complete evaluation<br />
forms that rate each participating FBO’s service, image<br />
quality control and overall business performance.<br />
In assisting <strong>ExxonMobil</strong> and the individual FBOs to maintain the<br />
highest standards of service, participants are rewarded with<br />
gifts ranging from mag-lights to die-cast collector<br />
aeroplane models according to the number of feedback<br />
forms they have submitted on different FBOs.<br />
In turn, <strong>ExxonMobil</strong> rewards those FBOs that receive top<br />
rankings from their customers, and also those employees that<br />
have been appreciated by customers.<br />
