I am pleased to present the <strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Report</strong> of the <strong>Rental</strong> <strong>Bond</strong> <strong>Board</strong> for the year ending 30 June <strong>2007</strong>. The<br />
<strong>Report</strong> has been prepared for presentation to the Parliament of <strong>NSW</strong> in accordance with the requirements<br />
of the <strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Report</strong>s (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984 and fulfils the statutory reporting requirements set out in<br />
the Landlord and Tenant (<strong>Rental</strong> <strong>Bond</strong>s) Act 1977.<br />
