Our focus is on supplying high-quality, innovative controls for steam turbines and gas turbines driving compressors or
generators. From steam turbine mechanical drive applications for pumps and compressors, generator applications

TS310SV – Single Valve Steam Turbine Governor
The TS310SV is single-valve confi gurable controller that provides automatic
start-up sequencing, speed control, and process control for a steam turbine
driving a mechanical load. The TS310SV is designed for use on a variety
of mechanical load applications including process pumps, blowers/fans,
compressors, paperline drives, and others.
TS320 – Two-Valve Governor- Mechanical & Generator Drives
The TS320 is a 1 or 2 valve confi gurable controller for both mechanical drive and
generator applications. The TS320 is suited for control of steam turbines driving
mechanical loads, such as process pumps, compressors, as well as steam
turbines driving generators in process plant and utilities.
TSx – Programmable Platform for Engineered Projects
TSx provides the fl exibility of a PLC, the reliability and integrity of a safety
system, and the speed and power of a dedicated controller. TSx is a robust,
programmable platform that includes Tri-Sen turbomachinery control libraries.
TSx offers a wide range of I/O, including an on-board servo control module.
TSx can be applied to a wide range of applications, including integrated turbinecompressor
control, gas turbine control, and turbine-generator control.

TS160 – Compressor Anti-Surge &
Performance Controller
The TS160 is a multi-loop microprocessor based controller
designed to control compressor surge and performance.
The TS160 is designed for motor or turbine-driven
centrifugal and axial compressors in process applications,
including refi neries, petrochemicals, paper manufacturing,
gas transmission pipelines, and many others.
TurboSentry – Overspeed Trip System
The Turbosentry is a triplicated electronic overspeed trip
device designed to API612 requirements. The Turbosentry
is designed to replace a traditional mechanical trip bolt on
steam or gas turbines, power turbines, and other rotating
equipment.
TS110 – Self-Powered Governor for Steam
Turbines
The TS110 is a self-powered governor designed to control
steam turbines in remote applications, where external
power is not readily available. The speed probe input
signals provide both speed measurement as well as
enough voltage to power the TS110.
Turbomachinery Control Accessories
Tri-Sen Systems offers a variety of turbomachinery control
peripherals and accessories to accompany our control
systems, including but not limited to servo controllers,
LVDTs, hydraulic actuators, speed pick-ups, and gears.
