Unit 0 Orientation Programme<br />
The programme has 4 core sets <strong>of</strong> contents:<br />
Personal <strong>Management</strong> – being competent and pr<strong>of</strong>icient in managing self and performing the job,<br />
Unit or Team <strong>Management</strong> – being able to work effectively and manage in teams,<br />
Functional <strong>Management</strong> – getting things done and achieving results through specialised functions, and<br />
Organisational <strong>Management</strong> – being able to understand and implement the strategies to improve<br />
organisational effectiveness.<br />
This programme requires the successful completion <strong>of</strong> 8 units <strong>of</strong> competency from a broader syllabus<br />
which can be made available to companies requesting for customization to suit their in-house needs*<br />
