Specialization: Dance trapeze, aerial silk, partner acrobatics, dance, clowning and juggling.<br />

Background: Movement and self-expression has been my greatest focus throughout my entire life.<br />

Having grown up in the U.S., I competed in highly competitive athletics, winning multiple State<br />

Championships and Honors in softball, basketball and swimming. Taking a step away from mainstream<br />

sports after high school, I began to search for more self-expression, art, and healing in my movement,<br />

eventually leading me to the circus arts.<br />

*Contemporary Dance- (2010-2012) Participated in intensive worskshops, regular<br />

classes, and private classes with Stephanie Decourteille of Montreal, QC (Jan. - Mar<br />

2010) A contemporary dance technique class taught by Suzanne Miller in Montreal<br />

*Butoh Dance (October 2010) Completed a 5 day workshop with Butoh Master,<br />

Diego Pizon at Studio 303 in Montreal, QC<br />

*Technique NIA (Nov.2010) Completed an intensive workshop with Lucie Beaudry<br />

on the dance technique<br />

*Movement and Expression Workshop (Mar.2010) Completed a 5-day intensive<br />

workshop taught by Aimee Hancock working with aerial apparatuses and dance<br />

*Yogadance and Creation- (Jan. - Mar.) A contact-impro yoga/pilates dance class<br />

taught by Louis Guillemette, from the Montreal National Circus School, QC<br />

*Eccentric Performing Workshop- (Sept. 2009) Completed a week-long intensive<br />

study of clowning and eccentric performance with Avner “The Eccentric” Eisenberg<br />

*Advanced Aerial Silk- (Oct.-Dec. 2008) Completed a 10-session course through<br />
