The semi-automatic machine is suitable for stitching ,sticking ,sticking and stitching simultaneously
corrugated cardboard bozex of various types.
The machine is made up of 3 units :
- lifting Unit (Lifter)
- stitching and Sticking Unit
- pilling up, couting and expulsion unit, in request exit conveyor belt for the boxes
Lifting unit (Lifter)
This made up of a roller surface for resting the pile of cardboard. The lifting and lowering is controlled
oleodynamically .The lifting is controlled automatically in such a way as to facilitate the insertion of the
folded box.
Stitching and Sticking Unit
This is made up of a cast body, holding the stitching head, the sticking device and the rollers for drawing
along the boxes .These rollers (8)are mounted or 4 axels and are completely covered with material
which is highly friction coefficient so as to allow the perfect advancement of the boxes.
Stacking , counting and expulsion Unit
This is made up of a structure of welded steel tubes. A press box is mounted in the intake so that in the
case in which only stitcking is required , the flaps of the box remain well pressed. This device ,apart from
the above mentioned function ,also allows correct piling up ( stacking , stapeling ) of the boxes . The
stacking surface is made up of a series of flat belts in continual roll. The device to block the boxes is
made up of a small gate which can be moved according to the height of the boxes . Counting is carried
out by means of an electronic meter.
