This Doberman is guaranteed by Majestyk Point Doberman Pinschers as follows:
To the best of the breeder's knowledge, this Doberman is free of communicable diseases and birth defects
and that at time of sale the Doberman was in excellent health. The Doberman has received appropriate
medical inoculations and care. Breeder will provide Buyer with a copy of the puppy’s medical record
detailing medical treatment Doberman has received under Breeder’s care and future recommended care
Breeder feels is essential to Puppy's well being and continued good health.
If this dog develops Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Para influenza within 5 days after placement, notify
the kennel immediately, return the dog, registration papers and a written signed verification from a licensed
veterinarian stating the disease or condition to the kennel. We will refund the purchase price of the pup.
Point" at the front of their A.K.C. registered name. Buyer agrees to never breed the above described
puppy
to any dogs that have the White Factor (a “Z” at the end of their AKC registration number) in their pedigree
or any temperament problems or serious genetic defects.
If the Buyer buys a pup with a limited registration, the Buyer agrees to take all measures necessary to
insure that the Doberman is never mated, and does not have the opportunity to sire or deliver a litter or
litters. Buyer agrees that The Doberman will be spayed or neutered by 18 months of age, but not before the
age of 12 months. It has been found that neutering or spaying too early is detrimental to the dog's
development. Only select picks of Litter will be sold with full registration.
Buyers are admonished to limit the exposure of their new puppy to other dogs and outside high traffic dog
areas until the puppy is at least 16 weeks old and has been given it's third parvo/distember booster shot.
Buyer agrees to maintain preventative health care of the Doberman including, but not limited to:
recommended inoculations, treatment as needed for internal as well as external parasites, and heart worm
preventative medication. Buyer is advised to avoid long term constant use or the over use of topical parasite
treatments such as Frontline and Advantage, may be hazardous to your Doberman’s health.
Buyer agrees to provide a fenced yard or invisible fencing for the Doberman. Buyer avows that
the Doberman will always be considered and treated as a member of the family and reside indoors.
Breeder reserves the right to remove and take possession of said Doberman from the Buyer’s premises due
to demonstrated neglect or abuse by the Buyer when verified by an officer of Animal Control or the
Humane Society for the County of residence.
This Doberman has also been bred for intelligence and an aptitude to compete and win in obedience and
agility trials. Breeder strongly recommends the Buyer enter and complete at least one basic obedience
class with the Doberman and provide proper socialization opportunities for the Doberman.
Buyer understands that the Breeder would like all puppies (if possible) to obtain at least one Obedience, or
Agility title or other AKC title. The Breeder will pay a $100 rebate for a copy of each AKC title or
Schutzhund certification provided by the Buyer in the aforementioned areas for this Doberman. A $100
rebate will also be provided for a Therapy Dog Certification and a $50 rebate for obtaining a
DPCA Working Aptitude Certification (WAC) $25 rebate for Canine Good Citizen. This is not a
requirement for purchase, just a strong recommendation for validation of Doberman type and temperament.
Buyer understands limited registration precludes Buyer from showing Puppy in conformation breed shows
and from registering any litters produced or sired by the Doberman. Limited registration still entitles
Buyer to register the Doberman with AKC and attend sanctioned obedience, agility and freestyle events.
Buyer MUST notify the Breeder immediately should the Buyer, for any reason, the Buyer is not able to
keep said Doberman at any point in the Doberman’s life. In such instance, the Doberman will be returned
to
Breeder to be retained, placed or resold at the Breeder’s discretion. The Breeder then will endeavor to place
any returned puppy/dog as advantageously as possible. If a purchase price is obtained for the puppy/dog,
it will be refunded to the original Buyer, less any costs of placement. If the puppy/dog is placed free of
charge, no money will be returned to the original Buyer.
Buyer agrees not to destroy said Doberman before discussing this decision with the Breeder, except for
urgent health reasons (recommended/documented by a vet) which would impact the Doberman’s quality of
life.
All expenses regarding the animal, including proper care, veterinary fees, housing, or legal liabilities are
the responsibility of the Buyer at whose home the animal will reside.
3
If said dog is to be co-owned by two or more buyers, at time of purchase or in the future, all buyers are
bound by this contract.
Violation of this agreement will result in all guarantees being Null and Void.
The agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, in which the Breeder resides, to the
exclusion of any forum and constitutes the entire agreement between parties.
