designated area that ensures no other<br />

Am I limited to selling only the<br />
required products at my Oilerie?<br />
A great deal of care has been taken in<br />
the selection and quality of the products<br />
available for sale at<br />
the Oilerie, therefore only approved items<br />
may be sold at your Oilerie location.<br />
Oilerie USA Inc. welcomes input from<br />
franchisees on potential new items.<br />
May I have my own website for my<br />
Oilerie?<br />
No. Oilerie.com is the one and only<br />
website representing all stores in the<br />
Oilerie franchise system. From this<br />
web site, customers will be able to<br />
locate the Oilerie store nearest to them.<br />
<strong>Franchisee</strong>s will be encouraged to<br />
develop an active mail order business<br />
from their Oilerie store.<br />
May I sell Oilerie products<br />
wholesale?<br />
Yes. Each Oilerie franchise will be<br />
encouraged to set up restaurant and<br />
institutional wholesale programs.<br />
You may not, however sell to retail stores<br />
not in the Oilerie franchise system.<br />
