Welcome
When Amy Jo and I brought the concept for an olive oil bar
store to America from Europe in 2003, we simply wanted to
have a little shop in beautiful Door County and live a quiet
life. From humble beginnings we have grown into a year
round shop with eight employees in unincorporated Fish
Creek. When one considers that the population of Door
County is only 26,000, being open 360 days a year is no
small feat. Our growth has been nothing short of explosive
and we were asked from the beginning by our customers to
franchise Oilerie.
You have a lot of questions. The Federal Trade Commission
tightly regulates franchising and there is a strict proess
for selling franchises that we must, by law, adhere to. If
you want all of your answers immediately, then we are not
the company for you. If you are willing to take the time to
develop a relationship with us, then we are willing to answer,
truthfully, every question that we are allowed to by the FTC
before anyone signs our Franchise Agreement. The process
simply takes time and we refuse to cut corners.
These pages offer an introduction to the Oilerie approach -
to our brand and store presentations, to our products,
to the Oilerie way. I would like to have a telephone
conversation with you soon so that we may each determine
if we are compatible. My personal cell number is (920) 918-
7906. I await your call.
Ciao,
