It is with great pleasure that we honor Amy and Paul Heller
been an integral part of the growth of WDS from the time
their children entered Ganon 16 years ago.
Over the years, Amy has contributed her time and energy to many WDS projects. Amy
Paul.
Amy and Paul met in the summer of 1986 after both had completed their undergraduate
currently the school social worker at the Sisulu–Walker Charter School of Harlem. Paul has
worked in the executive search industry since 1986. From 1991 to 2008, Paul was
President of Cromwell Partners, a leading executive search firm dedicated to the financial
services industry. Cromwell Partners joined forces with Caldwell Partners, International in
August 2009. Paul currently serves as the New York Managing Partner and Co-Head of the
firm’s Financial Services Practice.
Amy and Paul are the proud parents of Joey (‘04), a freshman at the University of Maryland,
