A Simple<br />

high-tech solution<br />

The magnetic power gives interesting<br />

solutions for easy installations and<br />

removal of the floor elements, avoiding<br />

the use of any glue material.<br />

MAGFLOOR can be applied on every<br />

existing subfloor, after proper preparation<br />

with our metalizing solutions.<br />

MAGFLOOR is the new development of Technion<br />

to obtain a permanent magnetic effect, in the<br />

whole backing of an high pressure heterogeneous<br />

PVC flooring system.<br />

The magnetic backing, of the high pressure<br />

PVC elements, has to find a metallic surface<br />

to create effective magnetic attraction, closing<br />

the magnetic circuit.<br />

The magnetic sheet applied to the backing<br />

of the single elements contains parallel<br />

stripes, alternatively with north and south load.<br />

In this way, matching the metallic surface, the<br />

magnetic circuit will be permanently closed<br />

and loaded.<br />

To make use of the magnetic attraction,<br />

our goal was to create metallic surfaces on<br />

the floor or on the wall: this solution will avoid<br />

any use of glue materials and make easy the<br />

removal of the floor elements.<br />

Metalizing solutions<br />

for <strong>Magfloor</strong><br />

Metallic suspended raised floor<br />

One possibility is to have metallic suspended<br />

raised floor, giving easy access to the subfloor<br />

for inspections.<br />

Metallic Paint<br />

The second solution is to apply our water<br />

based metallic paint on every surface carefully<br />

cleaned and prepared to accept our acrylic<br />

paint – easy to apply and easy water cleaning<br />

of the tools.<br />

Metallic powder “floor to floor” sheet<br />

A third solution is to apply our thin “floor<br />

to floor” sheet, made from PVC containing<br />

metallic powder, easy to install and easy to<br />

remove when necessary.

The magnetic backing has a very low magnetic field, not to be measurable at 3/4 cm distance from the surface.<br />
