ACTIVITIES
Please return the filled in registration form before April, 30th 2012 to the mentioned address
or e-mail. Participation payment must be sent at the latest on May, 10th 2012 to the bank
account number written on the registration form.
WARNING : IMPORTANT
Your registration is confirmed and definitive after payment receipt.
Cover of costs generated by activities and meals will not be provided to people whose
registration is not confirmed.
A bus is scheduled to travel from Charleroi Airport Hotel to Bois du Cazier site and to Notre
Dame de la Sarthe chapel in Auvelais, where dubbing mass and investiture will be held.
Travelling costs are 15€ per person.
Friday evening and Saturday noon meals are buffets, drinks included. Saturday evening Gala
dinner includes: an aperitif, 4 course meal, wine, beer, water and coffee or tea after the meal.

APPROPRIATE ATTIRE
Vigil Of Arms (OSMTH knights, applicants and squires who will be dubbed the morrow
only).
Knights: Coat, Templars Order cross and white gloves, elegantly casual dressing.
Dubbing mass and investiture:
Knights: Priory usual attire + coat, Order cross, Order insignia, white gloves.
Guests: elegantly casual dressing.
Pre-dinner drink and Gala dinner:
Knights: Formal wear (tuxedo), Order cross and insignia.
Guests: Elegantly casual dressing accepted, formal wear (Gala) preferred.
Jeans and leisure wear will be refused.
ACCOMODATION
If you would like to book a room at the Charleroi Airport Hotel, please fill in the hotel
registration form (hca gf 8274) and return it by mail or e-mail to the address written below
with the mention « OSMTH (Nation) ». Living expenses and other fees (phone, bar, etc.) have
to be paid at the time you leave the hotel reception.
Single room (breakfast and occupancy tax included): € 79 per room, per night.
Double room (breakfast and occupancy tax included): € 89 per room, per night.
A number of rooms are booked for the OSMTH until March, 30th 2012. Please feel free to
make your hotel reservation as soon as possible. Beyond that date, you will still be able to
book a room at the Charleroi Airport Hotel, depending on rooms’ availability.
