TELEVISION – FICTION<br />
Dirt Game is a dramatic six-part series about one of Australia’s<br />
oldest and riskiest pursuits – mining. A uk CEO is sent out by his<br />
secretive London Board to head up a debt-ridden Australian mining<br />
firm and is under ruthless instruction to either save the company or<br />
dump it.<br />
Very Small Business is a comedy series about small businessman<br />
Don Angel. After numerous unsuccessful business ventures, Don’s<br />
one man publishing empire is hurtling towards liquidation. he’s just<br />
hired Ray Leonard who is taking his first tentative steps back into<br />
the workplace after a six-year battle with depression. It’s a marriage<br />
made in heaven – at least until the Tax Office gets there.<br />
The 13 part series for tweenagers – Snake Tales – is a about two<br />
completely different girls from opposite ends of the world as they<br />
are forced to live together in a run-down snake park in Outback<br />
Australia – with only their very strange families for company.<br />
TELEVISION – FACTUAL<br />
The documentary Fitzroy Stars tells the story of one of Australia’s<br />
first all-indigenous football clubs established in Melbourne in the<br />
1970’s and disbanded in the early 90’s. Many of the players went on<br />
to become leaders of the community and developed cultural and<br />
welfare organisations across Melbourne and <strong>Victoria</strong>.<br />
In September 2006, Chinese soldiers shot at a group of pilgrims as<br />
they fled Tibet. A team of international mountain climbers filmed the<br />
shooting, helped rescue survivors and bravely broadcast the story<br />
to the world. This incident changed many lives forever. Murder In the<br />
Snow is their story.<br />
Anatomy is a documentary series exploring art, sex and the body.<br />
Three unusual and compelling stories explore how sexuality and<br />
the body work as driving forces in the creative process. Anatomy<br />
shows the work of three of Australia’s talented new generation of<br />
documentary filmmakers: directors Rhys Graham, Natasha Gadd<br />
and Amy Gebhart.<br />
Re-enchantment is a broadband interactive documentary that<br />
explores why fairytales continue to enchant and horrify adult<br />
audiences. The project will merge digital video, documentary<br />
footage, animation, still images and sound and will have cross<br />
platform applications.<br />
