Lydia Brown (President)
Partner, Skywalk Group
Lydia is a partner in a professional
services firm specializing in Human
Resources, Organizational Development
and Recruiting. She is an active community
volunteer involved with numerous nonprofit
organizations. Lydia and her husband,
Mike, have three teenage children, Logan,
Hannah and Tory, who have enjoyed being
a part of TCR in one way or another -
attending shows, planning events or participating in camps.
Todd Bergen (Vice President)
Managing Director, AEGON USA
Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with
a minor in Economics and a Master of Arts degree in Urban
and Regional Planning both from the University of Iowa. Todd
is past Chairman of the Eastern Iowa Airport and serves as
a board member of several not for profit organizations in the
Cedar Rapids area. Todd is married and has three children.

Controller, RuffaloCODY, LLC
Scott joined the Board of TCR in 2009 and serves as the Treasurer. He has three children, Cole,
Jack and Angela, who attend Jackson Elementary School. His wife, Sheryl, is a veterinarian
at Edgewood Animal Hospital. He also serves as a member of the Trustees of the Community
Theatre Building Corporation and on the Board of the Indian Creek Nature Center.

Partner, OPN Architects
Bradd is the Board’s immediate Past President and is also a
member a member of the Board of Trustees. He has spent a total
of 12 years on the TCR Board. Brad considers TCR to be one of
our communities best assets. As a Partner in OPN Architects
he has had the chance to lead a number of local flood recovery
projects, including TCR’s new space, the Paramount Theatre
Renovation, Orchestra Iowa’s Renovation and Expansion, and
the new Library. He believes that Cedar Rapids’ best days are
coming and is excited to be a part of this terrific community. He
and his wife Janan are the proud parents of two great kids, Colin and Adria.

A native of Dubuque, Nancy grew up
with music and theatre and continued
that passion at the University of Iowa.
She has three children that also
participated in fine arts as they grew
up in Cedar Rapids. Nancy believes the
arts enrich the lives of everyone in the
community.
Dick Meisterling (Secretary)
Vice President, Coe College
In recent years, Dick has been the
President of Advancement Resources, LLC. He has theatrical
experience as a youngster, garnering such roles as Louis in
The King & I. He is married to Mary Meisterling who works
at Alliant Energy and is currently the President of the Cedar
Rapids School Board. They have twin boys and their daughter
Angela has made many appearances on the TCR stage.

Owner, Kieck’s Career Apparel and Uniform
Nina has been a TCR volunteer since 1994 when she was in a few shows and has been around ever since. She was the Campaign
Coordinator for The Next Act and participated in the whole renovation process with the staff. Nina is very proud of the new building
transformation and how we came out of the flood. She has been involved in many of the fundraisers over the years especially
The Ladies’ Luncheon. TCR is a fabulous place to call home!
Jeff Phelps
Sr Director of Corporate Strategy, Rockwell Collins
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in
Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa,
Jeff began his career at Rockwell in 1993 as an
engineer. Now, he is responsible for the long term
growth of all Rockwell Collins’ portfolio and product
businesses. Jeff also serves on the board for the Boys
and Girls Club of Cedar Rapids, where he was formerly
president. Jeff enjoys spending time with
his three children, wood working, playing
jazz and classical guitar, biking and reading.
Patrice M. Carroll
President & Gen Manager, ImOn Communications
Patrice M. Carroll is an active member of the corridor
community. She has served on the United Way Women’s
Leadership Initiative Advisory Board and the Regina Catholic
Education Center Board of Directors. Patrice also serves on
the Junior Achievement of Eastern Iowa Board of Directors
and The Economic Alliance Business Support Innovation
Council. Patrice has a B.S. degree in Mathematics from St.
Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Ind. Patrice is married to Tom
Carroll and they have two children.
Lisha Coffey

Operations, Alliant Energy
An Iowa transplant, Lisha
is in her third year on the Board. She has a love of
the arts fostered by her mother and grandmother,
both artists in their own right in St. Louis. Lisha
is thrilled to carry on that tradition with her
husband and two daughters and says given she
has no discernable artistic talent (it skipped her
generation) she is grateful to be able to support the
arts community in this way.
Marty Norton
Sr. Investment Associate, RBC Wealth Management
Marty has been involved at TCR since 1994, including the
Volunteer Board, the Board of Directors and the Board of
Trustees. Marty enjoys volunteering on stage and back stage
as well. Marty also serves as a volunteer docent and actor at
Brucemore.
Heather Fortune Vestweber
Wealth Advisor, Wells Fargo Private Bank
Originally from Webster City, Heather has been very active in
Cedar Rapids since moving here. A wealth advisor, and mom who’s
married to Jason Vestweber, she is busy both at home and at work.
In addition to other community board roles, Heather is an active
volunteer for TCR fundraisers and committees.
Randy Rings
General Counsel, TrueNorth Companies
Randy Rings has worked with TrueNorth since
2006, and is licensed to practice law in four
different states. Randy has also appeared on
the TCR stage in the past, and played a key role
in the theatre’s recent Capital Campaign and
flood recovery.
