Dear Three Forks Chamber Members:
Scare up some business on October 30 th with the fifth annual Haunted Dance sponsored by the Three
Forks Recreational Task Force and Three Forks FCCLA. Be part of this annual event by sponsoring a
monster at the dance, providing prizes for the costume contest, or providing treats for area children.
The event will be held at the Three Forks gym.
The Youth Recreation Task Force is working with Three Forks FCCLA to sponsor a haunted dance to be
held in the Old Gym. This event marks one of the best opportunities available to promote your product
or service to the residents of the Gallatin Valley, while enhancing your image as a civic sponsor.
Funds raised from the Haunted Dance go to support the Three Forks Summer Recreation Program which
provides programming for the youth of Three Forks and the surrounding area during the summer. The
FCCLA chapter will provide concessions and spook support. The funds raised by FCCLA provide
leadership training for high school students and fund a variety of community service project including:

The summer recreation task for was created seven years ago to provide a summer recreation program
when city funding was cut. Several community members came together to plan a fundraising program to
continue providing a summer program to area children. FCCLA joined the Youth Recreation Task Force to
help build a program for area teens. Our goal is to increase the impact of summer programming by
establishing a summer recreation program for area teens called “Choices.”
The Haunted Dance will receive wide exposure through the local media, schools and the internet. This
year we are offering several sponsorship packages designed to promote area businesses and provide
funding for the event. Sponsorships can be in the form of in kind donations or monetary donations to
the event. The sponsor ship packages are:
Monster Sponsor ($25): sponsor a monster to roam through the Haunted Dance and receive an
organizational listing in our promotional flyers.

Monster Mash Sponsor ($50): double your monster sponsorship, and receive Monster Sponsor
benefits, plus your logo will be included on our flyers and printed advertising and receive two free
tickets to the Haunted Dance.
Spooktacular Sponsors ($100): Support construction of the Haunted Dance and receive Monster
Sponsor and Monster Mash Benefits and a link to the Haunted Dance website, Inclusion in broadcast
media, company logo on FCCLA Haunted Dance t-shirts, and admission to the Monster appetizer event
on October 30 th prior to the opening of the Haunted Dance,
A “Haunted Dance” sponsorship agreement is enclosed. To take advantage of any of the packages,
complete the agreement and mail it and a check made payable to the Three Forks Youth Recreation Task
Force, to Box 749 or drop of the packet at the Three Forks City Office during regular business hours.
