Headstand:<br />
- Begin with tuck progressing to<br />
straight body. The headstand allows<br />
the student to concentrate on the<br />
correct position of the back and pelvis<br />
without having to worry about the<br />
balance.<br />
- The head and hands should form an<br />
equilateral triangle.<br />
- The legs should extend with the lower<br />
leg perpendicular to the floor, as when<br />
extending on the back.<br />
