<strong>Ferno</strong> Rescue Personal Lanyard (PAL)<br />

The <strong>Ferno</strong> Rescue Personal Lanyard allows a rescuer to<br />
quickly connect to a victim and then adjust the strap to the<br />
desired length. It works well for positioning the victim for a<br />
lowering or rappel-based pick off or for an assisted rappel.<br />
There is an added loop to the end for a more positive grip<br />
when pulling to adjust. Depending on how the buckle is<br />
loaded, it will begin to slip between 15 kN to 20 kN. Tying off<br />
the buckle will increase strength.<br />

The <strong>Ferno</strong> Industrial Daisy Chain is ideal for positioning the<br />
casualty during work operations and is a must for all Rope<br />
Access and Rescue Technicians. A total length of 1.1 m with<br />
an end to end rating between 15 kN to 20 kN (load angle<br />
dependent). Each unit comes with 10 x 60 mm attachment<br />
loops and is made from durable 25 mm flat polyester web.<br />
Each loop rated to 5 kN.<br />
