experience as much as the
children did. In order to
evaluate the effectiveness of
the project, we would like to
ask you to take a few
moments to answer the
following questions:
1. Do you feel that this was a worthwhile program to participate in? Why or why
not?
2. Did you have enough opportunity to interact with your buddy?
3. What activities did you like best?

4. Do you feel the program was too long, too short, or just right?
5. Did you feel the program was well organized?
6. Do you think you may continue your relationship with your student in the future?
