HR Works, Inc. is conducting a confidential search for a Rochester-based firm seeking a Payroll Manager.
Responsibilities include:
• Manage payroll department with for large, multi-state operation.
• Handle both strategic and day to day responsibilities.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiencies.
Experience:
• Project Management experience required.
• Staff supervision experience required.
• Experienced HRIS technology user.
• Significant payroll experience required (i.e. taxes, multi-state, multiple pay differentials, overtime and bonus
calculations, deductions and treatment of fringe benefits).
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Certified Payroll Professional a plus.
