23 November 2001 LEGISLATION 9363 Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) (Road Rules) Amendment (Prohibited Areas) Regulation 2001 under the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Act 1999 Her Excellency the <strong>Gov</strong>ernor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Act 1999. CARL SCULLY, M.P., Minister for Roads Explanatory note The object of this Regulation is to prescribe the tunnels on the M5 Motorway between Bexley Road, Bexley North, and General Holmes Drive, Kyeemagh, as prohibited areas for the purposes of the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) (Road Rules) Regulation 1999. Under that Regulation, it is an offence to use, or cause, permit or allow the use of, a dangerous goods transporter (within the meaning of that Regulation) in a prohibited area without a permit.
