Registration times: Thursday, 6 th June 2013 from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm in the clubhouse foyer of the GC St. Leon-Rot<br />
Participation fee: 80 € (only payable in cash, only valid for foreign players)<br />
Players without registration will not be permitted to participate in the tournament!<br />
Player must register personally. Registration through a representative is not possible.<br />

Golf bags are prohibited in the entire clubhouse. You may store them at your own risk in the designated area of the caddy hall.

The tee times will be posted on the <strong>info</strong> board in the tournament office, in the clubhouse, in the Holiday Inn hotel, in the<br />
Fairway hotel <strong>and</strong> in the service center.<br />
Score cards / pin-positions / rules<br />
Will be provided on the days of the tournament by the starters on the tee.<br />
Soft drink service<br />
At Halfway House I & II water & apple spritzer are available daily for players, free of charge.<br />
Biotopes<br />
Are marked with red-green (water hazards) or white-green (out of bounds) posts. Entering or playing in the biotopes is<br />
strictly prohibited!<br />
Scoring area<br />
The scoring area is located in the tent between the 18 th green & the Halfway House I. All players are kindly asked to come to<br />
the scoring area right after the round.<br />
Live-Scoring<br />
Live-Scoring on www.gb-go.com <strong>and</strong> www.golf.de/dgv <strong>and</strong> on the monitors in Halfway House I <strong>and</strong> II.<br />
You will also find the scores on the large leaderboard in front of the Halfway House I.<br />

The Players‘ Media & Fun Center is available for players starting on 06 th June 2013, daily from<br />
8:00 am - 8:00 pm. Free WLAN, Videogame Entertainment, surf stations & much more.<br />
Wireless LAN<br />
At check-in vouchers with WLAN-access code will be distributed. WLAN is available at the clubhouse <strong>and</strong><br />
Halfway House.<br />
Dress code<br />
Shirts with collar <strong>and</strong> sleeves - blue jeans are strictly prohibited! Shoes must be equipped with soft spikes.<br />
Shopping facilities / Cash point<br />
Shops with pharmacy <strong>and</strong> cash point can be found in St. Leon-Rot (REWE, Aldi, Lidl), approx. 5 min by car from the<br />
Golf Club St. Leon-Rot.<br />
Directions: Turn left at exit of the business park, then after approx. 500 m take the first left in the direction of Rot-Süd.<br />
