In September of that year she married Rev. Samuel Whiting. Browne/F oster says of her: "Mrs. Whiting,<br />
sister of Reverend Eliphalet Adams of N ew London, was as noted for piety and goodness as her excellent<br />
husband."<br />
On 27 September 1725 widow Elizabeth Whiting was mentioned in the di vision of the estate of Rev.<br />
Samuel Whiting of Windham.<br />
After the death of her second husband, Rev. Samuel Niles of Braintre eon 1 May 1762, she went to live<br />
with her youngest child, Col. Nathan Whi ting, at New Haven.<br />
