<strong>Pantry</strong>: Cobb’s Annual Teacher/Student basketball game for Hoops for Hope is April<br />
5 th , right after school. Tickets are $3.00 and one canned food item. Tickets will be<br />
sold at lunch March 25 th to April 5 th . The price will go up to $5.00 and a<br />
canned food item if purchased at the door. All proceeds go to <strong>Frisco</strong> <strong>Family</strong><br />
<strong>Services</strong>. Please help us support a good cause! (<strong>see</strong> attachment for items<br />

The <strong>Frisco</strong> Library has some great clubs and events planned in the<br />
coming months. Please <strong>see</strong> the attached flyer for details and other<br />
offerings!<br />
Tame Your Test Anxiety Ages 12-18<br />
Mon, Feb 25 & Mon, March 25 at 6:30 pm<br />

Do you get anxious before tests? Dr. Elyse Deleski of New Perspective<br />
Counseling <strong>Services</strong>, and Amber Chesser of Stonebriar Counseling Associates<br />
present programs designed to help you de-stress before your next test.<br />
6 th grade parents! A letter went home with your student’s registration card for next<br />
year. So far we only have 75 of our 280 students with completed documentation. Please<br />
check with your doctor to <strong>see</strong> if your student has received the Tdap, Varicella and or<br />
Meningitis vaccinations already. If they have, please send an updated record in to the<br />
school. You can email them to HodgkisK@friscoisd.org, or fax them to (469) 633-4318.<br />
Our goal is to have as many of the students complete before summer. Please call Nurse<br />
Hodgkiss if you have any questions or concerns. (469) 633-4308.<br />
Community Opportunity: If you and your child are looking for a community building<br />
opportunity, the city is bringing the community together to give hope to children of all<br />
abilities and to provide a place where they can play side by side in a peaceful<br />
atmosphere built for them by a community that values the foundation of family. If<br />
interested, sign up for Build Week is now open! If you have any questions or need<br />

The rescheduled Cobb Beautification Day is coming up on Saturday, April<br />
6 th , from 9:00-11:00am. We welcome any help with weed pulling, trash clean<br />
up, and donations of any kind. We are accepting donations of dark hardwood mulch,<br />
bags of garden soil, White Vinca, Red-Orange Lantana, Sweet Potato Vine plants and<br />
Recycling Paper lawn bags for the weeds & clippings. We hope to <strong>see</strong> you and your<br />
family on April 6 th !
