Instructions<br />
The information sought in Part I of this report pertains to the administrative and logistical arrangements<br />
prior to and upon your arrival in Germany. Your comments and suggestions will be useful to the officers<br />
and agencies concerned with the operation of the program.<br />
Grantees are requested to answer the questions of the report after residing in the host country for 3 or 4<br />
months. Please type the questions and your answers and send the report via email.<br />
A. Selection and Notification: What improvements should be made in such aspects of the program as:<br />
selection procedures, notification of awards, preliminary announcements and program information,<br />
general communications?<br />
B. Transportation Arrangements: What comments or suggestions do you have with respect to<br />
transportation, baggage, or shipping of effects?<br />
C. Orientation: What comments or suggestions do you have for the improvement of orientation? Your<br />
reactions to printed materials, pre-departure briefing, and assistance in the host country are pertinent.<br />
D. Logistic arrangements in Germany: Any information that could be helpful to program officers and<br />
future grantees on items like housing, household furnishing, food, schooling of children, local<br />
transportation, clothing and medical and dental services would be appreciated.<br />

obtaining your Residence Titel.<br />
