TILDE's experience resulted in excellence covering four main areas:-Language
Technologies (Translation tools, Speech Technologies, Information search and
retrieval);-Enterprise content management;-Terminology services;-Audiovisual
content processing;
We offer: -multilingual information processing and language technology solutions
for preparation, analysis and data mining of multi-lingual content;-use of Tilde's
machine translation technologies for effective translation of digital content;-high
quality terminological solutions to be used to speed up information exchange
among various actors, harmonization and standardization of special language
usage in security area;
-rapid multilingual information retrieval and high volume data repositories
management;-multimedia content preparation, processing, storage and delivery,
multimedia content search solutions, unique content data base management.
As a highly innovative SME, TILDE participates in European research projects
financed by European Commission. These activities cover the areas of
terminology, language technologies, information retrieval, e-learning, internet and
multimedia. TILDE's profile in the EU funded projects varies from a research
partner FP6 (MIAUCE-Multi modal Interaction Analysis and exploration of Users
within a Controlled Environment) and (TRIPOD- TRI-Partite multimedia Object
Description) and a project coordinator in eContent (EuroTermBank - Collection of
Pan-European Terminology Resources through Cooperation of Terminology
Institutions).
