Weiterbildung LUKS Onkologie, 4/12 Sammeln (Register) zur Plausibilisierung (ASCO 2010 Bay abstract 10097: a national registry for the off-label use of targeted therapies in pts with malignant mesenchymal tumors: a retrospective analysis) • Zeitraum: 1 Jahr Okt 2008-2009 • N: 162, 52% male, median age 47y • Median n of previous therapies: 4 • LM: 20%, GIST 13%, Chordoma 8%, Angiosarcoma 7%, PNET 6% • PFS at 6m: 35%, >PFS at 12m: 23% • 2 CR: 1x PNET (Sunitinib), 1x PEComa (Temsirolimus) • 80% alive at 6 months • No toxic deaths, G4 Tox: 4.5% Conclusions: off label commonly used in mesenchymal tumors, toxicity profile acceptable, identification of usefull observations for rarest tumors. i.e. PECOma now 3 patients on temsirolimus....
