1 unit @ 9 square meters (3m x 3m) = ca. 97 square feet, 1 unit @ 12 square meters = ca. 130 square feet. You may request any combination or
number of units. The MEDICAL FAIR INDIA 2013 compulsory exhibitor registration fee is included in the price. Please find a detailed description of
the U.S. Pavilion turnkey unit and the included services enclosed in the exhibitor application packet.
By signing this application (“Agreement”, comprised of form G), the
Company accepts as binding the Conditions of Participation as issued
by Messe Düsseldorf GmbH and Messe Düsseldorf India Pvt. Ltd. and the
terms and conditions stated herein. In the event of a conflict, the terms of
this document shall govern. The Company agrees that:
The Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois shall have exclusive jurisdiction
of any litigation to enforce the terms of this Agreement; this Agreement
shall be construed & interpreted under the law of the State of Illinois; it
shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chicago, Illinois;
and pay reasonable attorney fees costs borne by MDNA for collection of
any outstanding debts due pursuant to this Agreement.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
1. A down payment of 25% of the total cost of the amount of space requested is required along with this Agreement. This Agreement will be
considered rejected if said payment fails to accompany it.
2. Upon official admission to the show, you will be invoiced for the balance due for the allocated units. This balance is payable within 30 days from the date of
the invoice. Any delay will result in a 5% surcharge. Failure to pay shall result in the automatic cancellation of this Agreement. Elimination of any of portion
of the U.S. Pavilion package will not result in a price reduction.
3. Please make payment to: MESSE DUESSELDORF NORTH AMERICA, INC. 150 N. Michigan Avenue, Suite 2920, Chicago, IL 60601.
4. Any extra services incurred during the show (i.e. electricity, telephone, audio/visual) will be invoiced to you separately in accordance with prices/terms in the
Exhibitor Service Manual.
5. If you cancel this Agreement prior to official admission to the show, the down payment becomes the fee for cancellation. It will be necessary for us to
require 100% remittance of the total fee if you should cancel after receipt of the official admission letter from MDNA and we are unable to rent your unit(s) to
another party.
6. Each company in the booth must account for a minimum of one full unit. For each additional company represented, a US $1,185.00 fee applies.
7. Messe Düsseldorf GmbH and Messe Düsseldorf India Pvt. Ltd. and MDNA reserve the right, prior to the show, to cancel this Agreement with or without
cause, including due to insufficient demand for the U.S. Pavilion. In either case, all payments made will be refunded.
