Research Aims:<br />
Employ tools of molecular biology, biochemistry, structural biology and<br />
bioinformatics to understand:<br />
signal transduction networks that use modular protein domains,<br />
genetic lesions affecting modular domains and resulting in human diseases,<br />
contribution of the WW domain to the function of the human proteome,<br />
and design strategies for rational, therapeutic interventions based on the<br />
