All of the recruits were sent to Fort Benjamin Harrison near Indianapolis, Indiana.<br />

Eva; Earl Wilson, DeKalb; Fred Cook, Lockney; James Fred Persinger, Linn; and Harry Sylvanus<br />

Wilfong, Stout’s Mills.<br />

All recruits will be located at Camp 2586 in Durbin, Pocahontas <strong>County</strong>.<br />

October 1940 Enrollment, 8 Recruits (departed for Clarksburg October 1, 1940)<br />

Lonnie Gust Carlson, Stout’s Mills; William Edwon Jones, Glenville; Tom Luzader, Glenville; Frank<br />

Miller, Perkins; Walter Moyers, Stout’s Mills; Wilson Alvin Reed, Glenville; Clarence Virgil Taylor,<br />

Glenville; and Alden Paige Waggoner, Cox’s Mills.<br />
