NEINVER CEO from 2009, Manuel Lagares is Bachelor’s degree in<br />
Business & Economics at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas - ICADE<br />
(Madrid, Spain) and a “Treasure and Taxation MBA” by Universidad de<br />
Alcala de Henares (Madrid, Spain) Tax Inspector and State Auditor<br />
at The Treasure, also he was Director of the Secretary of the State<br />
Cabinet. On May 2000 he was appointed Managing Director of<br />
Commercial Policy for the Ministry of Finance. On 2003 he was<br />
assigned Undersecretary of Science and Technology. Manuel Lagares<br />
Gómez-Abascal (1970) became Managing Director of NEINVER group<br />
in 2004 being in charge, among others, of the Leasing and Property<br />
Equity Management lines.<br />
Robert co-founded Resolution in 1998 and as Chief Executive of<br />
Resolution he is responsible for company strategy, performance,<br />
and property investment activity. Resolution is backed by some of<br />
the foremost US and European universities and foundations, family<br />
offices and pension funds. Resolution raised its third fund at the end<br />
of 2007. The company has invested in retail, office and industrial and<br />
residential assets in the UK, completing landmark acquisitions such<br />
as the purchase of Greater London House in Camden, the Water<br />
Gardens in Harlow, the Forge Shopping Centre in Glasgow, and the<br />
Ridings Shopping Centre in Wakefield. It has made retail, office and<br />
residential investments in Sweden, Spain, Portugal, Germany and<br />
Switzerland.<br />

Sascha Lewin joined Stenham in 2006 as part of its acquisition<br />
of Landmark Securities plc where he was a partner. At Stenham<br />
Property, Sascha is responsible for the fund management side of<br />
the business with a current focus on the UK, German and Swiss<br />
markets. Since 2006, Stenham has acquired over €2bn of assets in<br />
these markets both through direct acquisitions as well as by creating<br />
value-add opportunities with local joint-venture partners. Sascha<br />
holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from City University London and<br />
has completed postgraduate courses in Finance and <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> at<br />
London Business School and New York University, respectively.<br />
Nick Lyle is a Managing Director in the <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> group based in<br />
London where he is responsible for UK investments. Since joining<br />
Blackstone in 2006, he has been involved in sourcing and analyzing<br />
Blackstone’s real estate investments across multiple types of property.<br />
Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Lyle worked at Broadreach Capital<br />
Partners in California. Mr Lyle received a BA in Modern History from<br />
Oxford University, an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.<br />

Peter Mather joined AEW Europe in July 2008 as a Director in<br />
Acquisitions and has 16 years’ experience in real estate, including<br />
investment and finance exposure across UK and pan-European<br />
markets. He is primarily responsible for identifying, negotiating,<br />
structuring, underwriting and closing investments on behalf of the<br />
Partnership, in particular for the EPISO fund. Peter has built up a wide<br />
and valuable client and agency base during his roles in investment<br />
agency and banking. His experience ranges across most investment<br />
sectors including office, industrial, retail and residential.<br />
Martyn joined Valad in 2003 and is now the CEO of Valad’s European<br />
operations, working with its experienced local leaders. He has over<br />
15 years experience in various facets of real estate in Australia, the<br />
USA and Europe. Prior to Valad, Martyn spent six years at GE <strong>Real</strong><br />
<strong>Estate</strong> where his role involved structured finance, joint ventures and<br />
portfolio acquisitions. Martyn has a Bachelor of Business in Land<br />
Economics from the University of Western Sydney.
