Reda Khatim is the founding partner of Palm Capital, an opportunistic investment manager and merchant banking firm. Palm Capital initially focused on North African investments with the backing of Lehman Brothers. Palm Capital is now advising and managing investments on a number of opportunities in Europe, MENA and Asia. Previously, Reda Khatim was the Vice President of Citigroup Property Investors, a €1.2 billion European opportunity fund, where he was in charge of Southern European and hospitality real estate. Prior, he was with Lonestar Funds in London, primarily targeting non performing loan opportunities in Germany. He also worked with Credit Suisse First Boston and Lazard Freres. Between 1987 and 1995, he was the Project Coordinator for ESPACE EXPANSION (now UNIBAIL-RODAMCO) and the Director of Development Management for GRC DEVELOPER in France. Since 1995, he is founder and president of Cenor Group, a major international real estate company, with proven expertise in shopping centers. Since 2005, he is also the Managing Partner of Cefic Turkey, in partnership with Simon-Ivanhoe and Aerium. Olga Kiendler was born in Serbia and grew up in Austria, where she graduated from Vienna university with a degree in Law, before starting her career as an assistant to MEP in the European parliament in Brussels in 2000. In 2002 she worked as a Team Leader for FDI Investments in the Serbian Ministry of International Economic Relations in Belgrade, before moving back to Vienna in 2003 to join CMS Vienna Law Office, M&A and Banking Law. In 2004 she went back to Belgrade to participate in the set up of Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank AD as an Executive Director and in 2006 she moved to London to establish and manage London representative office of Hypo-Alpe- Adria-Bank International AG. Since joining Blackstone in 2006, He has been involved in sourcing and analyzing Blackstone’s real estate investments in several markets and types of property. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Kirkman worked at Harbert Management Corporation where he was responsible for setting up their London office and their European Real Estate Group. As part of these duties, he oversaw the creation of Harbert’s first European Real Estate Opportunity Fund and led the acquisition, management and disposition of many of the investments made by the Fund. Mr. Kirkman received a BA in Architecture from Princeton University and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business, Virginia. Zsolt is a Principal and a member of the Investment Committee at Meyer Bergman. Zsolt has been responsible for transactions both in the UK as well as in Continental Europe, including the recent acquisition of the Bentall Center in London. Prior to joining Meyer Bergman, Zsolt worked at GE Capital from 2002 to 2006 where he completed public to private, joint-venture and non-performing loan portfolio acquisitions and disposals in Western Europe as well as focusing on mergers and acquisitions in Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to GE, Zsolt worked for five years with ABN AMRO Hoare Govett in Leveraged Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions in Sao Paolo, Amsterdam and London where he completed over €1.6 billion in transactions.

Resolution is backed by some of the foremost US and European universities and foundations, family offices and pension funds. Resolution raised its third fund at the end of 2007. The company has invested in retail, office and industrial and residential assets in the UK, completing landmark acquisitions such as the purchase of Greater London House in Camden, the Water Gardens in Harlow, the Forge Shopping Centre in Glasgow, and the Ridings Shopping Centre in Wakefield. It has made retail, office and residential investments in Sweden, Spain, Portugal, Germany and Switzerland. Peter has built up a wide and valuable client and agency base during his roles in investment agency and banking. Martyn joined Valad in 2003 and is now the CEO of Valad’s European operations, working with its experienced local leaders. He has over 15 years experience in various facets of real estate in Australia, the USA and Europe. Prior to Valad, Martyn spent six years at GE Real Estate where his role involved structured finance, joint ventures and portfolio acquisitions. Martyn has a Bachelor of Business in Land Economics from the University of Western Sydney.
