Over the last 25 years the Hiranandani Group has successfully developed its mixed use<br />

township model as can be seen in its flagship township in Powai, on the outskirts of Mumbai.<br />

Here residential and commercial buildings nestle in 500 acres of landscaped green space.<br />

Mr. Asghar joined GFH in February 2003. He has been<br />

Michael is currently Vice President within Aareal Bank’s <strong>Real</strong><br />

near universal ratification of the Protocol was achieved and<br />

the Fund resources grew from virtually no money to some<br />

US$1.5 billion. These funds have been disbursed to over<br />

130 developing countries to assist their compliance with the<br />

Protocol’s control measures, and have been largely credited<br />

with the developing countries’ achievement of a 50% reduction<br />

in their consumption of some of the most damaging ozonedepleting<br />

Peter Kasch transferred to the London office of Kennedy-<br />

Wilson International from Boston in 1993 to oversee the<br />

investment of American funds into real estate in Europe. He<br />

was subsequently a partner in Greenwich Group International<br />

before co-founding Catalyst Capital. Prior to 1993 Mr Kasch<br />

was a Principal of a property advisory company in the US. He<br />

began his career as a Construction Manager for a Boston<br />

general contractor and a Project Manager for real estate<br />

Harvey Kasin is a Chartered Surveyor who has been working in<br />

the property industry for over 30 years and within the property<br />

Head of the Property Analysts team within Hypo <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong><br />

Robert Lamb began his career in television as a graduate<br />

trainee with the BBC. After three years as a sub-editor and<br />

reporter, he moved to an ITV network station making a weekly<br />

current affairs programme. Robert Lamb later joined the<br />

Earthscan team at the International <strong>Institute</strong> for Environment<br />

and Development. He established with Anil Agarwal, the first<br />

1980s Lamb was with the International Union for Conservation<br />

Markus joined Rheinhyp in 1995 and started his career in the<br />

Robert Watson is Chief Executive Officer of ProLogis European<br />

• Starting date of membership is the 1st day of the quarter<br />

in which registration is made. It can be requested to<br />

start the next quarter.<br />

• Cancellation: Expiring memberships self-cancel<br />

automatically if not renewed. There is no mid-year<br />

cancellation mechanism.<br />
