Christian Nickels-Teske is a Director of Citigroup and<br />
responsible for <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Finance in CEE and Russia for<br />
the Fixed Income Division of Citigroup. He has extensive<br />
experience in development financing, single country portfolio<br />
and cross-border (pan-european) facility structuring and in<br />
structuring of mortgage loans for investors guided by the<br />
principles of Sharia. Prior to joining Citigroup Christian’s<br />
previous role at Aareal Bank was as Director RE Structured<br />
Finance, building a multi-cultural origination team, & originating<br />
loans & arranged structured debt facilities for all assets<br />
including hotels, shopping centers, offices, multi-family<br />
residential with an emphasis on distribution centers for Aareal<br />
Bank AG in Europe, N Amercia & Asia.<br />
Neil Odom-Haslett has been working within the property<br />
financing sector since the mid 1990’s having previously<br />
worked in corporate banking. He is currently a Director at<br />
Hypo <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Bank International; where he is responsible<br />
for predominately UK origination as well as being involved in<br />
the bank’s European, Middle Eastern and Indian platforms.<br />
His previous role at RBS was in the UK origination team,<br />
responsible for financing highly structured investment and<br />
development transactions.<br />

Donal is a Chartered Surveyor and co-founder of Cornerstone.<br />
He is responsible for direct acquisitions, joint ventures and<br />
overall investment strategy. He is a member of Cornerstone’s<br />
Executive and Investment Committees. He has eleven years<br />
of international property experience in DTZ Sherry FitzGerald<br />
in Dublin, AEW Capital Management in Boston, and Curzon<br />
<strong>Global</strong> Partners in London. He has been involved in over Euro<br />
1.8bn of property investments in eight different countries.<br />
Nicole Pavisic is President of the International Division at<br />
American Invsco, a Chicago-based developer founded in 1969<br />
selling over 45,000 condos and sales in excess of $4.5<br />
billion. American Invsco has converted and/or developed over<br />
a 100 residential buildings in 40 different markets across<br />
the United States. Leading a multicultural sales division,<br />
she is responsible for strategic management & market entry,<br />
guiding team efforts to penetrate 15+ markets worldwide.<br />
Nicole works directly with a diverse client base worldwide<br />
which includes large international brokers and investors, with<br />
expertise in servicing Irish and UK investors.<br />

Gregory Pecherskiy is the key strategist behind the ADG<br />
Group’s proactive expansion activities across the Russian<br />
Federation. An expert on commercial real estate issues,<br />
he manages the company’s strategic decision making<br />
throughout the full-cycle project development process from<br />
land acquisition and feasibility analysis to the final contract<br />
and management phase. Gregory is also the primary contact<br />
for investors and the ADG Group’s core business partners.<br />
Gregory holds a law degree from the prestigious Moscow State<br />
Law Academy (MSLA) and started his career with the Moscowbased<br />
law firm Dobrovinski & Partners specializing in real<br />
estate law. He has been a key member of the management<br />
team of the ADG Group since its founding in 2003.<br />
With over two decades of experience in real estate investment<br />
banking in the US and Europe, Mr. Peck joined LandAmerica in<br />
2002 to head International Services, providing title insurance<br />
throughout Europe and Asia Pacific. Mr. Peck has a JD from<br />
Harvard Law School and practiced law in New York. Prior to<br />
joining LandAmerica, he was with Lehman Brothers and then<br />
managed property acquisitions and development for a private<br />
investment group.
