Mr. Pankaj Jaju is Senior VP, Investment Banking, Enam<br />

Securities and covers <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> and Retail verticals. An<br />

MBA from R A Podar <strong>Institute</strong> of Management, University of<br />

Rajasthan, Pankaj has over 14 years of varied experience in<br />

financial services. His other interests include reading and<br />

traveling. ENAM is a leading Indian Investment Bank with<br />

a leadership position in Indian Capital Markets. It is a key<br />

advisor to some of the leading business houses and the<br />

government on their capital market forays. In <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong>,<br />

Enam has advised Akruti, Brigade, HDIL, Ishaan, IVR Prime,<br />

Parsvnath and Sobha on their IPOs and is working with several<br />

Indian property developers for their funding requirements.<br />

Stephan Jung has been a Managing Director and a member<br />

of the Management Board of HSH <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> AG since<br />

July 1, 2007. He is responsible for the Asset and Property<br />

management in Europe and abroad. Furthermore he is<br />

member of the board of managing Directors of the German<br />

Council of Shopping Centers. As a wholly owned subsidiary<br />

of HSH Nordbank AG, HSH <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> AG pools all the<br />

bank group‚s real estate business with the exception of<br />

its conventional finance business. In terms of total assets<br />

HSH <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> is among the top 10 real estate stock<br />

corporations in Germany.<br />

Born in 1968, Abdulrahman Kalantar graduated B.Sc. in<br />

Electrical Engineering from the UAE University in 1991.<br />

From there he went to manage the Consumer Services<br />

Department at DEWA (Dubai Electric & Water Authority). In<br />

1996, Abdulrahman was promoted to manage the Distribution<br />

Construction Department in DEWA. In 2003 he moved to<br />

Nakheel, one of Dubai’s largest real-estate developers. He<br />

joined as manager of the Utilities Department in charge<br />

of all power, water, waste water, district cooling, gas and<br />

telecommunication including review, design development<br />

and commissioning. In 2004, Abdulrahman became General<br />

Manager of PIUE Division within Nakheel.<br />

Ajoy Veer Kapoor founded Saffron in 2005 as an independent<br />

fund management company specializing in real estate<br />

investments in India. Previously Ajoy was <strong>Global</strong> Head,<br />

Strategy & Implementation, and Corporate <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong><br />

at HSBC based in UK. Prior to that, he was a Mancom<br />

Member and Regional Head in India, Corporate <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong><br />

& Strategic Sourcing for Standard Chartered Bank based in<br />

India, managing a mixed portfolio. Before this he founded<br />

and exited from Retail & <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> businesses in U.K. He<br />

started his career as a Retail Banker & Treasury Banker with<br />

Peter Kasch transferred to the London office of Kennedy-<br />

Wilson International from Boston in 1993 to oversee the<br />

investment of American funds into real estate in Europe. He<br />

was subsequently a partner in Greenwich Group International<br />

before co-founding Catalyst Capital. Prior to 1993 Mr Kasch<br />

was a Principal of a property advisory company in the US. He<br />

began his career as a Construction Manager for a Boston<br />

general contractor and a Project Manager for real estate<br />

development.<br />

Harvey Kasin is a Chartered Surveyor who has been working in<br />

the property industry for over 30 years and within the property<br />

financing sector since 1990. He originally joined Hypo Bank<br />

in 1990 when its London operation was set up. He is currently<br />

Head of the Property Analysts team within Hypo <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong><br />

Bank International; where he is responsible for looking at<br />

all property markets assessing market trends, risk and all<br />

other aspects of due diligence. Being part of the European<br />

management team, he is also involved in all other aspects of<br />

the banks property lending activity.
