Alvydas Zabolis is a founder and a managing partner of a<br />
well recognized Lithuanian investment banking Services<br />
Company ‘Zabolis ir Partneriai’. Under A. Zabolis guidance<br />
and supervision number of successful real estate investment<br />
projects, corporate finance and M&A deals was executed in<br />
the region. Activities were evaluated by EUROMONEY, which in<br />
2003 and 2004 recognized ‘Zabolis ir Partneriai’ as the Best<br />
Local Partner of International Investment Banks in Lithuania.<br />
In 2005, ‘Zabolis ir Partneriai’ has won the EUROMONEY<br />
<strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Awards for advisory and investment banking in<br />
Lithuania.<br />
Adam Zaremba-Smietanski is a founder, the main shareholder<br />
and President of the Management Board of Grupa<br />
Deweloperska Geo which is one of the oldest development<br />
companies in Poland. The group is currently carrying out<br />
development projects in four major cities in southern Poland<br />
(Krakow, Wroclaw, Katowice and one additional city where<br />
preparatory works on projects are in progress). An economist<br />
by education and a graduate of the Academy of Economics<br />
in Krakow. Responsible for development and strategic<br />
management in the company. A member of the international<br />
organization, the Urban Land <strong>Institute</strong> (ULI), leading Polish<br />
trade associations.<br />

Mr. Zavvos is the Founder and CEO of Zeus Capital Partners,<br />
a real estate development Fund operating in South-Eastern<br />
Europe. He was also the Founder and CEO of Continental<br />
American Capital, an investment group which focuses on<br />
real estate investments and financing in the USA. Mr. Zavvos<br />
has financed, acquired and repositioned tens of millions<br />
worth of real estate properties both in the commercial and<br />
residential sectors. He holds an MSc in Civil Engineering<br />
from Polytechnion University and an MBA from the Harvard<br />
Business School. He is President of the Harvard Business<br />
School Club of Greece.<br />
Jan Zemánek has been involved in property development from<br />
inception to completion, spanning market research, appraisal,<br />
feasibility, design, construction, project and development<br />
management, and financial control. After receiving degree in<br />
Architecture from CTU in Prague in 1986 Jan worked as designer<br />
and development consultant (Ernst & Young, Urban <strong>Institute</strong>, Hale<br />
and Dorr, Gleeds) to become Managing Director of Arcadis (former<br />
Homola) Project Management in the Czech Republic in 1997.<br />
He joined MEL in January 2006 and has been instrumental in<br />
developing and implementing development management procedures<br />
for the group. The department headed by Jan is responsible for<br />
management/monitoring of project implementation both on regional<br />
and group level via developers, joint ventures, and own developments.<br />
