Alessandro Bronda is Head of Investment Strategy at<br />
Aberdeen Property Investors. He is based in Brussels and is<br />
responsible for forecasting property returns across various<br />
sectors and city regions. In addition he is also responsible<br />
for compiling strategy plans for clients. Prior to joining<br />
Aberdeen, Alessandro was Head of European Research for<br />
Catella. Before joining Catella he worked for Security Capital,<br />
a major American REIT. Prior to that he worked for Eurostat in<br />
Luxembourg and for the Ifo <strong>Institute</strong> for Economic Research<br />
in Munich. Alessandro holds a Masters Degree in Economics<br />
from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich.<br />
Maitland Bruce heads the European <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Finance<br />
Group at Wachovia. He has over 15 years experience in the<br />
European Commercial <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> industry, having recently<br />
held similar senior positions at Hypo <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Bank<br />
International and Eurohypo. Wachovia is the fourth largest<br />
bank in the United States and, via its 20 strong London team,<br />
provides its European clients with 2 to 5 year floating rate,<br />
non-recourse mortgage financing with loan sizes of between<br />
EUR 20MM and EUR 400MM as sole arranger and up to EUR<br />
1BN on a club basis, as well as unsecured acquisition and<br />
bridging facilities.<br />

Paul Brundage oversees the global asset management team<br />
and the Canadian real estate management platform. He<br />
is responsible for all asset classes, including office, retail,<br />
hotel, industrial and multi-residential worldwide. Prior to<br />
joining Oxford, Mr. Brundage worked with Borealis <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong><br />
Management Inc. and OMERS <strong>Real</strong>ty Corporation, Prudential of<br />
England and PricewaterhouseCoopers, in asset and portfolio<br />
management, leasing, business development, acquisitions<br />
and dispositions and investment analysis. He holds an<br />
Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Geography from<br />
the University of Toronto and a Masters of Arts in Urban and<br />
Regional Analysis from State University of New York.<br />
Güniz Çelen, is a Chartered Appraiser and is recognized as<br />
one of the most prominent 1,100 Counselors of the real<br />
estate world with her CRE designation and holds FRICS and<br />
MAI designations as well. The 32 years of extensive and<br />
diversified hands-on experience in construction and investment<br />
environments has led to unique know-how in residential,<br />
commercial, hospitality and industrial development issues.<br />
She continues to speak and teach for the development of the<br />
appraisal profession.<br />

Mr. Cherki is a co-CEO of RREEF Europe, based in London.<br />
He is responsible for REOF’s activities in France and Central<br />
and Eastern Europe. Since joining Deutsche Bank, he has<br />
completed above 15 transactions with a total investment value<br />
of above $2 billion. These transactions include the acquisition<br />
of SELEC, a French subsidiary of EDF with large residential<br />
property holdings, the sale and leaseback of a commercial<br />
portfolio 23 properties in France and the investment in a<br />
number of development joint ventures in the Czech Republic,<br />
Poland, and Russia. Mr. Cherki joined Deutsche Bank in 1997.<br />
Mr. Chiaranussati founded <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Capital Asia Partners<br />
(RECAP), a real estate investment opportunity partnership in<br />
late 2004. RECAP has invested in excess of US$ 220 million<br />
capital for investment in real estate opportunities throughout<br />
Asia. RECAP is forming a second partnership. Suchad<br />
participates in acquisition, value enhancement and realization<br />
activities at RECAP and serves as Chairman of the Investment<br />
Committee. Before forming RECAP, Suchad spent five years<br />
with Westbrook Partners and Westbrook <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Partners<br />
(WREP). He opened WREP’s Asia office in Singapore in March<br />
1999 and served as a Managing Director responsible for<br />
WREP’s Asian investment activities.
