Henry was previously a Director with CSFB from 1997 to 2000
in London and New York, where he was Head of Investment
Banking for Israel and Turkey and Head of Emerging Markets
for Equity Sales. From 1992 to 1997 he worked for Merrill
Lynch in London and Geneva within the Equity Division.
Henry graduated from University of Geneva in 1991 with a
degree in Finance & Economics. Henry is a Board member of
Whiteground, SARE plc and Filmnight Group Ltd.
Luigi Garlati, 45, Partner in the TMF Group. In 1989 he
qualified as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand. In the early
90s he gained experience in the Italian subsidiary of a UK
real estate listed company where, as Finance Director, he
was responsible for a number of property transactions. In
1994, together with Massimo Paolo Gentili, he founded his
own Chartered Accountancy Firm. In 2001 Luigi and Massimo
merged their business activity with the TMF Group. He
specializes in corporate, tax and accountancy matters and has
broad expertise in real estate and M&A deals structuring.

Neal Giesecke is the founding Partner of Regenium Capital
a specialised development firm with offices in London and
Paris. Neal‚s focus is primarily on identifying and structuring
development opportunities in France and Continental Europe.
Neal has 18 years of experience gained in France, UK,
Germany, Spain and Scandinavia. Over this period, he worked
as Developer (SARI/Vivendi Group and H.R.O.) and also as
Principal (Hammerson, Morgan Stanley, AIG). Mr. Giesecke
holds a Business Degree from the European Business School
(London, Paris, Wiesbaden).
Scott Goedken is Investment Director for LNR Partners Europe
and is responsible for sourcing and acquiring investments
for the firm’s European real estate investment fund. Prior
to joining LNR Mr. Goedken was employed by AEGON USA
as a fixed-income trader and specialized in trading US and
European CMBS. He has an M.B.A. from the University of
Iowa and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Jonathan was appointed as Joint Managing Director in 2007.
His primary focus is on the corporate and financing activities
of Heron International prior to joining Heron, he spent nine
years as Chief Executive of award-winning international law
firm Olswang where he drove growth in annual turnover from
£12m to £85m.
Mike Goodson is Managing Director - Europe, for Host Hotels
& Resorts, the largest hotel REIT in the US. Based in London,
Mike’s primary responsibilities include Managing Host’s joint
venture to acquire and asset manage hotel properties across
Europe. To date, the joint venture has acquired ten world
class properties, including the Westin Palace in Madrid, the
Hotel Arts in Barcelona, and the Westin Palace Milan. Prior
to joining Host in November 2006, Mike was SVP Corporate
Finance for IHG, where he spearheaded the global sale and
manage-back programme for IHG’s owned hotel portfolio. A
graduate of the University of Florida, Mike and his family reside
in Windsor, UK.
