As Chairman & Country Head of Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj,<br />
Anuj is responsible for the overall direction, strategy and<br />

Charles R. Purse, co-founder and Managing Principal of Park<br />
Hill <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Group (PHREG), has over 25 years of real<br />
estate investment and advisory experience at such leading<br />
firms as Credit Suisse First Boston, DRA Advisors, Inc., The<br />
Yarmouth Group, Citibank and The Northern Trust Company. Mr.<br />
Purse is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Northwestern<br />
University’s Kellogg School of Management. Founded in<br />
2005, PHREG, a broker-dealer FINRA member, provides fund<br />
placement services to sponsors of high-quality real estate<br />
investment opportunities and strategies worldwide, including<br />
real estate private equity funds, entity-level transactions, and<br />
asset-specific joint ventures across the risk/return spectrum<br />

Mr. Rai is a Chartered Accountant and a Law Graduate having<br />
over 16 years experience in Investment Banking. Prior to<br />
founding Trustcap, he has worked for Price Waterhouse and<br />
ANZ Grindlay’s Bank. He has contributed in making Trustcap<br />
one of the premiere boutique investment banks of India. Under<br />
his leadership Trustcap has channelized over a Billion dollars<br />
into the real estate space from overseas investors.<br />
A Post-Graduate in Commerce and a honorary from Kellogs<br />
USA, Mr. G R K Reddy began his career in 1985 in the<br />
Merchant Banking Industry where he gained rich experience<br />
in advising and structuring financial closures. Later in 1994,<br />
he moved to the Construction Industry and promoted the<br />
MARG Group. He envisaged that “ Space Creation “ will be<br />
a critical factor to drive the Indian Economy. MARG is today,<br />
well - positioned to create top-notch space for all requirements,<br />
especially infrastructure space like Ports and Logistics,<br />

DEVELOPER<br />
Simon Reid is a UK national with extensive experience in<br />
international real estate investment, development, financing<br />
and asset management. His experience in Indian real estate<br />
dates back to 1994. Following the Indian Government’s<br />
legislation enabling FDI into real estate from early 2005,<br />
Simon founded the Anglo Indian Group of companies, which<br />
focuses on large scale development partnerships in Tier 2<br />
and Tier 3 cities in India. He has concluded two transactions<br />
in the city of Pune. Simon is also a Director of West Pioneer<br />
Properties Limited, a developer of retail malls in Western<br />
and Southern India which successfully listed on London’s<br />
Alternative Investment Market in December 2006.<br />
Mr. Reiskin is Managing Director and Head of Investments for<br />
Curzon <strong>Global</strong> Partners / IXIS AEW Europe (Curzon). In this<br />
role he has overseen the acquisition of over Euro 4 billion of<br />
real estate investments since joining the firm in 1999. Before<br />
joining Curzon, Mr. Reiskin was a Vice President in<br />
the Investment Group of Security Capital European <strong>Real</strong>ty<br />
(Security Capital) where he was involved in the purchase of<br />
real estate operating companies. Mr. Reiskin is a graduate<br />
of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (MBA) and<br />
Trinity College (BA).
