Juergen Fenk is a Member of the Board of Hypo <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong><br />
Bank International. Since April 2006 he is also Chairman<br />
and CEO of Hypo <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Capital Corporation, the US real<br />
estate subsidiary of Hypo <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Group. Juergen began<br />
his career in Germany, before progressing to France, CEE<br />
countries, Ireland and the US. Juergen has over 15 years of<br />
experience in the <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Business and has since served<br />
in various Origination, Underwriting, Distribution and Risk<br />
Management functions.<br />
With more than 35 years commercial real estate experience<br />
in Benelux, Italy, France, Germany and the UK, as well as<br />
Russia and Ukraine, Timothy can claim to be the “doyen” of<br />
the Russian real estate market. Long specialized in originating<br />
and negotiating cross border investment transactions, he first<br />
came to Russia in 1995 to set up Jones Lang’s operations<br />
here. Over the last twelve years he has built up an extensive<br />
network among the main market players in both Russia and<br />
Ukraine.<br />

Niels Fischer has been working in <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Asset<br />
Management for more than 20 years. Since 2005 he is<br />
working for Aareal Bank Group, where he was COO at<br />
Aareal Asset Management. Since 2007 he is member of<br />
the Management Board of BauGrund, Deutsche Bau- und<br />
Grundstücks-AG, a company of Aareal Bank Group. Since 2008<br />
he resumes position as CEO and is responsible for Asset<br />
Management and business development.<br />
Simon Fisk has over 20 years of experience in the <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong><br />
industry having worked as both as Investment Banker in<br />
Corporate Finance and as a <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Financier. Prior to<br />
joining Hypo International where Simon Fisk is a Managing<br />
Director in the European, Middle East and India Origination<br />
Team, Simon worked at Tishman Speyer Properties with<br />
responsibility for European equity and debt capital markets<br />

Nick Fraser is the CEO of AIM. With over 20 years international<br />
real estate investment/development and real estate<br />
investment banking experience in the US, Europe, Asia and the<br />
Middle East and having transacted real estate developments<br />
and investments with a combined value in excess of US$<br />
4 billion, Nick is driving forward the AIM international fund<br />
management expansion strategy with a strategic goal of<br />
achieving a portfolio of assets under management by 2012 of<br />
euros 3 billion.<br />
Founded Schroders’ real estate ventures business (Gresham)<br />
in 2001. Launched Gresham I in 2002 investing £250m in 12<br />
projects across the UK with a focus upon retail (the largest<br />
being the acquisition of J Sainsbury Developments Ltd in a<br />
joint venture with Catalyst Capital and Deutsche). Launched<br />
Gresham II in April 2005 which has so far invested £350m in<br />
14 projects which are predominantly London office focussed.<br />
Investment career commenced in 1991at Hillier Parker Fund<br />
Management (now CBRE Investors).
