Marc-Henri Veyrassat is a Swiss national, holds a Master of<br />
Science in Economics from the University of Lausanne and<br />
is responsible for business development at Rakeen. His<br />
international career started in the Far East in 1989, followed<br />
by assignments in Africa and Europe and now in the UAE. He<br />
has gained a broad and global experience in public private<br />
partnership transactions, private equity and M&A matters.<br />
Philippe Vienot is a Senior Managing Director of Bear<br />
Stearns International and head of the <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Principal<br />
Investments Group (REPI) which was founded in 2005.<br />
REPI’s mandate is to structure and execute real estate<br />
transactions across Europe. REPI’s business model is to<br />
invest as a principal and/or on behalf of Bear Stearns‚ clients<br />
while underwriting the entire debt financing required for the<br />
acquisition. Assets targeted are commercial real estate such<br />
as office and retail, also covering leisure, healthcare, hotels,<br />
restaurants, logistics etc. Since its inception, REPI team has<br />
completed transactions worth over Euro 950 million.<br />

Mr. v. Hammerstein began his career in 1989 as the<br />
executive assistant at DPE Deutsche Projektentwicklungs-<br />
Gesellschaft für Grundvermögen mbH. Since 1991 he has<br />
held positions in real estate development and acquisition<br />
of projects in Germany and France for Commerzbank and<br />
Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen. He later served<br />
as the managing director of the subsidiary responsible for<br />
acquiring and managing the Bank’s joint venture real estate<br />
relationships. Mr. v. Hammerstein joined Pramerica in 1999<br />
to manage property acquisitions in Europe. He is a member<br />
of the Investment Committee as well as of the Allocation<br />
Committee.<br />
JJvR is a German author and journalist, living in France. When<br />
he got graduated in different subjects, he started working<br />
for the European Commission‚s Communication Directorate.<br />
After that he worked in different countries, developing RE<br />
Marketing and Communication, making concepts for innovative<br />
developments. 2006 he changed his job. He writes for TV<br />
and leading RE Magazines in Germany and Austria, like<br />
Immobilienmanager, Immobilienmagazin, Wirtschaftsblatt,<br />
a.m.m. He writes about Development and Marketing, about<br />
Innovators and Innovation, about Communication and<br />
Concepts.<br />

Gert Waltenbauer, 43, is member of KGAL’s management<br />
board. He is responsible for the business units Public and<br />
Private Placements, Institutional Business, Sales Services,<br />
Investor Services and Marketing/Communication. For 40 years<br />
KGAL has been successfully developing customized financing<br />
and investment structures for major projects including real<br />
estate such as office buildings and department stores,<br />
factories and power plants as well as aircraft, ships and other<br />
major movable assets, infrastructure and private equity. KGAL<br />
