Mr. Asghar joined GFH in February 2003. He has been
responsible for managing property funds in Europe including
the £170m Gulf Atlantic Real Estate Fund and Euro 230m
Euro Gulf Atlantic France Fund which were both successfully
exited generating weighted average per annum IRR’s in
excess of 14%. He currently manages the Euro 700m Euro
Gulf German Residences Fund. He has extensive experience
in Investment Funds, from product development, shariah
compliant structuring, managing and exit strategy. He
graduated with an MA from Oxford University in Politics,
Philosophy and Economics and is a qualified Chartered
Management Accountant.
Suzanne’s career to date has spanned Corporate and
Investment banking, across Retail, Wholesale, Real Estate
and Construction sectors. She is also trustee for Mercy Ships
UK, as well as Rainbow Farm, 2 charities operating in Africa
and Brazil respectively. Suzanne is currently Managing Director
of Real Estate Finance Group at the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Her team comprises of 56 bankers, lawyers and surveyors
providing senior and Mezzanine debt to over 300 clients. The
Royal Bank of Scotland is one of the leading property banks
in the UK and is active in all aspects of the investment
development arenas.

Mr. G Venkatesh Babu is the Managing Director of Lanco
Infratech Limited which is establishing USD 8 Billion worth
projects in Power & other Infrastructure Sectors. He is a
Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant and holds
a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He has rich experience
in Commercial Banking, Corporate Advisory, Merger and
Acquisitions, Project Finance and Equity Capital Markets. He
currently looks after Lanco Infratech’s finance functions and is
a member of the LANCO Group‚s Strategy Team. He focuses
on LANCO’s strategic partnership and growth initiatives. He
is extensively involved in financing of LANCO Infratech’s
projects and overseeing the resources function of all the
Group Companies.

diverse technical, business and research background, with

and academia. He has worked in India, Australia and has
also worked on assignments in China and France. Dr. Bajaj

Private Limited, one of the leading real estate contracting and
engineering companies in the country since 2004 and engaged
in execution of real estate and construction projects in North
India.
