Peter Harned is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and<br />
Chief Financial Officer of Special Situations III and the Firm’s<br />
European real estate investing business. He joined Morgan<br />
Stanley in 2003 and has over 19 years of institutional real<br />
estate experience. Most recently, he was Chief Financial<br />
Officer for the Americas real estate investing business and<br />
<strong>Global</strong> Operations Officer for Morgan Stanley <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong>.<br />
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Peter was Head of Finance<br />
for Lend Lease <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Investments and has held roles<br />
in acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio management since<br />
joining its predecessor, Equitable <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong>.<br />
Benoît is a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and is the<br />
European Chief Financial Officer of the Whitehall funds. He<br />
joined Goldman Sachs in 2000 as a Vice President and<br />
became Managing Director in 2002. Prior to joining the firm,<br />
Benoit worked as a lawyer for Gide and as a directeur general<br />
for Archon Group France. Benoit earned a MBA from HEC in<br />
1989. He became a lawyer at the Paris Bar in 1992.<br />

Simon Hersom has been a real estate specialist for twenty<br />
five years, working at The Royal Bank of Scotland for the last<br />
thirteen years. He has developed RBS’ real estate business<br />
outside the UK since 1999 and is now Regional Managing<br />
Director responsible for the Middle East and Asia Pacific. RBS<br />
real estate products cover the range from debt to equity and<br />
include a full suite of derivative products and distribution<br />
capabilities.<br />
Mr. Hocsman worked for more than ten years in various<br />
management capacities in Architectural and Development<br />
firms with, supporting among other companies, Superclub<br />
All-Inclusive Resorts Hotels, Wilton Properties and the<br />
Four-Season Hotel Company and Crescent Heights, Opus<br />
South, WCI Communities. Prior to establishing his own<br />
firm, Mr. Hocsman assisted the management of the former<br />
Architectural hospitality consulting practice LPWK Architects,<br />
RMS Architects specializing in High Rise Multifamily Residential<br />
based in Florida, DSA of Atlanta Specializing in Malls and Retail<br />
properties and directed numerous consulting engagements in<br />
South America, the Caribbean and the Middle East Regions.<br />
