Harin Thaker is CEO - Europe, at Hypo <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Bank<br />
International (HREBI). Harin leads the European franchise.<br />
The European Platform has 170 personnel providing <strong>Real</strong><br />
<strong>Estate</strong> financing solutions across Western and Central Eastern<br />
European Countries including now Russia, Turkey, Middle East<br />
and India. Harin has spent over 15 years at the Bank and was<br />
instrumental in spearheading the banks Investment Banking<br />
activities and the launch of the very successful European<br />
franchise. The Hypo <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Group has 33 offices<br />
worldwide, 2000 employees and total real estate assets of<br />

Mark Titcomb has c.25 years experience as an advisor and<br />
lender on major investments and developments in the uk and<br />
irish property market. A chartered surveyor by training, mark<br />
is co-head of new business at Eurohypo London branch and<br />
a member of the ipf management board. Eurohypo are major<br />
financiers for the larger property companies, reits, institutional<br />
investment vehicles and developers. Eurohypo are part of the<br />
commerzbank group and are one of the largest real estate<br />

Andrew Trickett, Vice President, Corporate Development &<br />
Investments, directs the execution of a $10 billion global<br />
investment program with a primary focus on new business.<br />
Previously, Mr. Trickett was Vice President of the <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong><br />
Investment Banking and Private Equity Group of Deutsche<br />
Bank (previously Bankers Trust Company). Mr. Trickett has<br />
been involved in deals ranging in size from $15 million to $1.5<br />
billion and has a transaction track record in excess of $9.0<br />
billion. Mr. Trickett received a Bachelor of Commerce degree<br />
from Queen’s University.<br />

Pieter van de Kimmenade has been General Manager of Aareal<br />
Bank Amsterdam since 1991. He holds prior experience at<br />
the Asset Management company Aareal Property Services and<br />
Citibank/Citicorp as Managing Director and Senior Account<br />
Manager respectively. In the past 16 years Aareal has grown<br />
to be one of the leading property financiers in Europe and The<br />
Netherlands. Aareal focuses on lead property asset categories,<br />
with developments being an additional core activity.<br />
Paul joined Cushman & Wakefield in August 2007 from Ernst<br />
& Young, with joint responsibility for running the Occupier<br />
Strategy group. Paul has specialised in the real estate sector<br />
for nearly 20 years and since 1995, has worked in an advisory<br />
capacity focussing largely on providing advice to major<br />
corporate occupiers. Paul acted as Project Director on the first<br />
major UK private sector real estate ‘outsourcing’ transaction<br />
for Abbey National in 2000. Subsequently Paul has been<br />
responsible for delivering more than 10 major transactions to<br />
unlock significant value from corporate real estate assets.
