To date, the joint venture has acquired ten world class properties, including the Westin Palace in Madrid, the Hotel Arts in Barcelona, and the Westin Palace Milan. Prior to joining Host in November 2006, Mike was SVP Corporate Finance for IHG, where he spearheaded the global sale and manage-back programme for IHG’s owned hotel portfolio. He excelled as Public Treasury and Tax Collection System lecturer both at the University of Alcala and that of CEU- San Pablo.
