FEATURES<br />
Exposure: The unit is provided with 21 lamps for the back and main exposure<br />
type TL 80W 10R (150mm). The microprocessor system keeps an internal<br />
memory of the lamps life to help determine when it’s time to replace them.<br />
The vacuum system and the vacuum sheet perfectly hold the negative to the<br />
plate. The temperature of the lamps is controlled by forced air circulation<br />
inside the drawer. If the lid is opened the exposure is stopped until the lid is<br />
closed again.<br />
Post-exposure: the stainless steel drawer is provided with 19 lamps for the<br />
post-exposure type TL 60W 10R and 18 lamps for the UVC exposure type TUV<br />
36W. The microprocessor system keeps an internal memory of the lamps life<br />
to help determine when it’s time to replace them.<br />
Dryer: an even temperature in the four drawers is provided by et heaters<br />
500W ench heaters with a safety switch.<br />
An exhausting system extracts the solvent fumes from the exposure and the<br />
dryer.<br />
Programming: the microprocessor controlled keyboard allows the user to set<br />
up to nine customized programs to control the time of each function: back<br />
exposure, main exposure, post-exposure and UVC, and the temperature of the<br />
dryer. Furthermore, the display shows the value of the vacuum (in Bar) and<br />
the drying time for each drawer.<br />
Green/red warning leds constantly informing about the status of the machine –<br />
acoustic alarm in case of errors and/or misfunctions.<br />

FEATURES<br />
Programming: the microprocessor controlled keyboard allows the user to set<br />
up to nine customized programs to control the following functions:<br />
charge/discharge of the solvent in the tank, solvent temperature, water<br />
heating, washout time and replacement of a programmed quantity of used<br />
solvent with new solvent.<br />
Solvent: is charged by mean of a pump with level sensor.<br />
Washout: the stainless steel tank has a capacity of 200 lt. approx. and it is<br />
provided with solvent level indicator. The nylon brushes are assembled on an<br />
adjustable support to suit plates of various thickness. The plate holder,<br />
movable forward, is provided with a clamp to hold the plate. It rotates<br />
alternatively in two directions to ensure an even washout of the plate and it<br />
stops if the lid is opened. If new solvents are used, a coil on the bottom of the<br />
tank can heat them; the computer controls the temperature of the water<br />
running inside the coil.<br />

replace them. The vacuum system and the vacuum sheet perfectly hold the<br />
negative to the plate. The lamps and the vacuum surface are cooled by forced<br />
air circulation inside the drawer. If the lid is opened the exposure is stopped<br />
until the lid is closed again.<br />
Washout: the stainless steel tank has a capacity of 100 lt. approx. and it is<br />
provided with solvent level indicator. The nylon brushes are assembled on<br />
springs to have an even pressure on plates of various thickness. The plate<br />
holder, movable forward, is provided with a clamp to hold the plate. It rotates<br />
alternatively in two directions to ensure an even washout of the plate and it<br />
stops if the lid is opened. If new solvents are used, a coil on the bottom of the<br />
tank can heat them; the computer controls the temperature of the water<br />
running inside the coil.<br />
