Burglary protection of PCs and servers
Rosengrens CoolIT is a range of burglary-resistant, ventilated security cabinets
for network servers and other IT equipment. The cabinets are tested
and approved against burglary according to the Swedish standard SS 3492.
In addition the CoolIT range also protects against dust which is one of the
most common reasons for computer crashes. With its filters, CoolIT offers
a virtual dust-free environment and the filters can easily be removed to be
cleaned. The safes are available in 5 sizes with 3 levels of ventilation.The fan
in CoolIT has an airflow capacity of 215 litres per second. All models have a
plug-and-socket connection and a cable intake system enables easy connection
through the side of the cabinet. The safes are lightweight enabling easy
delivery into offices on any floor of a building.

Burglary protection: Rosengrens security cabinets CoolIT are tested and approved according to the
Swedish standard SS 3492.
Ventilation: The fan in CoolIT has an airflow capacity of 215 litres per second. The sound level is lower
than the noise coming from a personal computer placed under a desk. The maximum sound level is
measured to below 45 dB.
CoolIT is available in three levels of ventilation for all sizes:
Level A
The safe is ventilated by holes only, strategically placed in order to achieve optimum throughput.
Level B
The safe is equipped with a standard fan with nominal effect/heat load of 750W and with
a thermostat controlling the inner temperature. Capacity: 375 m3 per hour.
Level C
The safe is equipped with a standard fan with nominal effect/heat load of 1500W and with
a temperature display offering the option to set variable temperatures and an alarm.
Capacity: 750 m3 per hour.

Interior fittings: The safes can be fitted with adjustable and extensible shelves and a special shelf for
keyboard and mouse. The standard shelf can carry up to 30 kg and the reinforced
shelf up to 80 kg. CoolIT is supplied with six power sockets as standard.
Locks: The standard safe is equipped with a high-security, resettable key lock. The safe can also be
delivered with a combination lock or electronic lock.
Design: The CoolIT safes have a modern design with an off-white finish. The units are lightweight
enabling easy delivery into offices on any floor. This means the computer can be moved within the
office or elsewhere without disruption. All safes are prepared with 4 holes for anchoring.
Quality management system: The Rosengrens CoolIT security cabinets are all manufactured in
accordance with the ISO 9001 quality management system
