2. NON-DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS
All contractor personnel (to include subcontractors, teaming partners, and consultants) who will be personally and substantially
involved in the performance of the BPA issued which requires the contractor to act on behalf of, or provide advice with respect to any
phase of an agency procurement shall submit an “Employee/Contractor Non-Disclosure Agreement” Form in accordance with FAR
3.104-4. This is required prior to the commencement of any work on such TO and whenever replacement personnel are proposed
under the ongoing BPA. Any information obtained or provided in the performance of this BPA is only to be used in the performance
of the BPA.

CONTRACT
a. The Government may extend the term of this BPA by written notice to the contractor no later than the BPA expiration date;
provided, that the Government gives the contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 30 days before the
contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension.
b. If the Government exercises this option, the extended contract shall be considered to include this option clause.
c. The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed 5 years (12 month base
period and four, 12 month option periods).
