2. NON-DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS<br />

All contractor personnel (to include subcontractors, teaming partners, and consultants) who will be personally and substantially<br />

involved in the performance of the BPA issued which requires the contractor to act on behalf of, or provide advice with respect to any<br />

phase of an agency procurement shall submit an “Employee/Contractor Non-Disclosure Agreement” Form in accordance with FAR<br />

3.104-4. This is required prior to the commencement of any work on such TO and whenever replacement personnel are proposed<br />

under the ongoing BPA. Any information obtained or provided in the performance of this BPA is only to be used in the performance<br />

of the BPA.<br />

52.217-9 OPTION TO EXTEND <strong>THE</strong> TERM <strong>OF</strong> <strong>THE</strong> (MAR 2000)<br />

CONTRACT<br />

a. The Government may extend the term of this BPA by written notice to the contractor no later than the BPA expiration date;<br />

provided, that the Government gives the contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 30 days before the<br />

contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension.<br />

b. If the Government exercises this option, the extended contract shall be considered to include this option clause.<br />

c. The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed 5 years (12 month base<br />

period and four, 12 month option periods).<br />
