population is <strong>11</strong>5,700 persons (HCC 2009 estimate) which is<br />

forecast to increase by 6.1% between 2009 and 2016.<br />

Winchester’s estimated shopping population is circa 59,000 persons<br />

however this figure does not account for the large influx of tourists,<br />
