Global innovation – step baking 

Gorenje HomeCHEF oven is a revolutionary novelty in home 

appliances. Unique control mode and efficient operation guarantee 

remarkable cooking results. The key novel feature in the offer of 

the ovens is the original** preset STEPbake cooking in several 

steps. The preparation process for many dishes requires a change 

of temperature during the progress, or use of different types of 

heaters, or both. With the HomeCHEF oven, you can design such 

preset programs yourself. Choose the PRObake operating mode for 

a perfect gourmet experience. 

In addition, there are three more operating modes: 

AUTObake with as many as 65 preset recipes with photos, including 

some that already include cooking in several steps; 

MYbake for all creative minds that come up with their own recipes; 

these can be easily modified or saved from scratch; 

SIMPLEbake is the shortest way to one of the 9 most frequently 

prepared dishes. 

The HomeCHEF oven is an excellent choice for beginners and

Advanced technology for simple use and total 

pleasure 

HomeCHEF oven boasts unique touch control via a large interactive 

colour TFT display. The technology in the background is in fact 

a high-performance micro-controller that acts as a standalone 

computer. Combined with the hardware and a smartly devised 

operating system, a result of in-house expert knowledge and 

development, provides more responsive, faster, and user-friendly 

control. The concept of control, although based on complex 

technology, is user-friendly as it vastly simplifies every selection. 

Programs and functions are selected by sliding your finger across 

the display. Contents are clearly laid out and intelligible. The display 

is protected with glass. The main menu displays date and time and 

allows settings in virtually any language of your choice. 30 language 

versions are available. Main menu is also the gateway to the basic 

menu that offers four different types of selection of the right 

cooking program. Choose the one that suits you best! 

SIMPLEbake 

The shortest way to your favourite dish 

When the SIMPLEbake mode is displayed, nine photos of the most commonly prepared dishes will appear on the interactive colour display. 

When the desired dish is selected, the preset program will already have known which heaters to use, which guide level the baking tray should 

be placed in, and how long to cook. The program automatically makes all the necessary adjustments with regard to the approximate amount 

(weight) of the food, which you enter, level of browning and doneness, and the time you wish your food to be ready. HomeCHEF will guide 

you logically through the scrolling, browsing, and confirming of your settings.

AUTObake 

Wide choice of preset programs 

AUTObake mode offers preset optimum settings for 65 dishes 

classified into logical categories. Select the food category, e.g. meat, 

vegetables, or pastry, and the desired dish within the category. The 

program inquires about the approximate amount, desired level of 

doneness, and the time of completion of cooking. Then, you are 

ready to launch the cooking process by pressing Start. The program 

will adjust the settings accordingly and make sure the food is ready 

and delicious at the time you chose. 

PRObake 

Conventional cooking for seasoned chefs 

The PRObake mode allows the chef all the freedom of creation while 

improving reliability and accuracy of all procedures. If you know 

from experience the temperature and duration of cooking for a 

particular dish, as well as which heaters and any additional functions 

are best suited, then PRObake is the right cooking mode for you. 

STEPbake 

The original and patent-protected solution of multi-step cooking 

available within the PRObake mode, allows setting up to three 

consecutive changes in temperature and heater combination in 

respective time intervals. When the recipe for your desired dish 

recommends such changes during the cooking process, all required 

settings can be very simply made immediately, before the start of 

preparation. Cooking in such way takes place automatically, without 

the need for constant control, and provides excellent culinary results 

each time. 

MYbake 

Creative combination based on your 

experience 

The MYbake mode allows keeping and editing an electronic recipe 

book with up to 150 different dishes, by including preset recipes 

and saving your own combinations. Memory program offers 10 

food categories such as meat, fish and other seafood, vegetables, 

bread, etc. Up to 15 recipes and procedures for their preparation 

can be stored in each category. You may also store your favourite 

dishes from the AUTObake program, or any dish for which you have 

defined the best procedures yourself with the STEPbake function 

within the PRObake mode. The saved settings are always only a 

simple touch away!

Clean machine? 

Absolutely: it's the only way to clean laundry. 

Your laundry will only be treated properly if the washing machine 

interior is kept meticulously clean at all times. Staying in charge of 

this is the special SterilTub self-cleaning programme. It operates 

at 80°C to provide total hygiene inside the washing machine. 

17 Minutes? 

Enough for clean laundry. 

Modern washing detergents and advanced technology deliver 

excellent washing results even at lower temperatures and in 

remarkably short time. Select the »Cotton 30°C« programme – it 

can be set to be completed in no more than 17 minutes. When the 

clothes you just can't live without are only lightly soiled, this is 

the perfect solution for you. What is more, the already low power

The vertical black line has an integrated touch 

control screen, which is almost invisible at a 

distance due to the dense black surrounding it. 

The easy-to-use interactive screen extends the

Quick view 

A band of black glass flows down the front. By pressing the touch 

screen, a square area of that band turns becomes transparent 

glass with a light shade of green, revealing a window. This window 

offers a practical but always tantalising glimpse of what is inside

The combination of dark natural wood & solid aluminium creates

The unique Futuristic kitchen in the shape of a rounded cube was 

also created in cooperation with Ora-Ïto. A monolithic structure 

made of a high-tech composite material was designed as a fully

its journey it has covered over 14,000 kilometres.

A completely automatic built-in coffee 

machine Gorenje 

is distinguished by superior performance. The modern shape of 

this machine features clean lines, enhanced by the sleek stainless 

steel appearance that blends in well with all contemporary kitchen 

trends. Intelligent advanced technological solutions enable simple 

and comfortable operation of the machine through buttons and 

an LCD display. The descriptions of the functions appearing on 

the display are available in eight different languages. While the 

machine provides a variety of coffee brewing methods among 

which you can select the flavour of your choice, it can also serve 

hot water only for making tea. Owing to the advanced integrated 

functions the maintenance of the machine is extraordinarily 

simple. The possibility of setting the automatic switch-on time 

and having the machine ready for you in the morning offers even 

greater convenience of use. The functionality of the machine is 

further upgraded by a warming drawer, available separately. The 

drawer is installed right under the coffee machine, the entire 

composition fitting perfectly into the furniture element designed 

for built-in ovens. The drawer is used for warming dishware, but 

also food. With it you will be able to serve fresh coffee in suitably 

warmed cups. 

Autocappuccino 

is a unique function for the preparation of excellent Italian 

coffee with one single touch. The control panel, on which all 

the available functions are clearly displayed, features a special 

button that enables the brewing of a cappuccino preserving 

all its superior characteristics. The machine forces through the 

coffee the amount of water needed to extract from the coffee its 

essential fragrance, thus preserving its authentic taste. Through 

the integrated slider you can also regulate the frothiness of the 

milk and thus savour a creamy cappuccino or coffee with milk.

The amount of coffee set after

own programme for preparing

The cappuccino milk 

container 

is extraordinarily large, to allow 

simultaneous preparation of 

several cups of cappuccino 

– without having to add milk 

each time. But there is more! 

The milk container can easily 

be removed and stored in the 

refrigerator till next time you 

want to use it. 

Automatic regular cleaning 

is one of the most important advantages of the Gorenje coffee 

machine. After brewing coffee you can activate the cleaning 

function by simply pressing the “CLEAN” button for a few 

seconds, thus guaranteeing antibacterial treatment both of 

the milk dispenser as well as of the inner suction tubes. Since 

the machine performs an automatic washing cycle at every 

switch-on and shut-off, washing away any coffee residues from 

the dispensing nozzles, no additional cleaning is necessary 

nor is there danger of the nozzles clogging. However, due to 

various degrees of water hardness, it is recommended that after 

some time the machine is descaled – after a certain number of 

beverages prepared the machine will display such a warning. The 

descaling programme can be activated by simply pressing the 

respective button. All removable parts of the coffee machine are 

dishwasher safe. On the bottom of the machine there is also an 

excess water reservoir, which must be emptied every time the red 

float device becomes visible.
