The new Mammoth.
The impressing result of the joint venture between the companys
BROCK and BERGMANN Maschinenbau is the Mammoth.
The collaboration has produced a power pack that provides
several advantages: the new Mammoth is characterized by a
particularly strong maneuverability made up with a very high
load capacity and functionality. By combining the equipment
rack BERGMANN GT 3006 with bending axis and the BROCK
sweeper unit SL 140 an individually-purpose tool carrier, which
is as effi cient as a road sweeper, such as as mowing vehicle or
premises and gritting vehicle for winter services, was created.
This makes the Mammoth superior to compact sweepers.
Because of the sweeping unit - which is mounted between the
axles - the driver has an excellent view of the sweeping pr ocess
and the device r emains extremely compact. W ith a volume of
4 m 3 for the dirt container and 750 litr es for the water tank the
Mammoth is ready for the big jobs.
The additional fl exibility, the Mammoth wins through the chassis
miner, will be of particular interest in citys with narrow alleys and
streets. Thanks to the bending axis winding curves will no longer
represent an issue.
