ARTICLE XII – ADMISSION AND RENEWAL OF
CHURCHES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS
SECTION 1 ADMISSION AU THORITY
The Executive Director has the authority, upon recommendation of the
credentials committee, to admit into the membership of IFCA International,
churches, other Christian organizations and individuals who meet the admission
requirements.
SECTION 2 ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDU RE FOR
CHU RCHES AND ORGANIZATIONS
a. Any church or organization meeting the membership requirements as outlined
in ARTICLE VI, Section 1 and desiring membership in IFCA International, must
have a regularly called business meeting at which a majority vote is taken
expressing agreement with the Articles of Faith, Constitution and By-Laws of
IFCA International.
b. The majority vote of the governing board of an independent organization that
does not have a membership will be regarded as sufficient authority for
considering its admission.
c. Completed membership applications, accompanied by any required fees, must
be submitted to the Executive Director for his review. He shall subsequently refer
such applications to the Credentials Committee who will confer with the
appropriate Regional officers, if such exist, for their advice and recommendation
before making its decision. The proper official or officials of the applying church
or organization must sign the application.
SECTION 3 ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDU RE FOR
INDIVIDU ALS
a. Any individual who meets the membership requirements, as outlined in
ARTICLE VI, Section 2, may apply for membership in IFCA International.
b. Completed membership applications, accompanied by any required fees and
personal reference information, must be submitted to the Executive Director for
his review. He shall subsequently refer such applications to the Credentials
Committee for processing.
